A named list, a real message, and a reply handled the same day

Outbound works when it is treated as a system: a list built to the ICP, messages written to the buyer’s actual problem, volume low enough to protect the domain, and every reply handled while it is warm. The average cold campaign earns well under one reply per hundred emails; disciplined small-list campaigns earn several times that. The difference is the list and the follow-up, not the template.

What we run

The system, not a blast

The list

Built to the ICP from public sources and kept small enough to research: who they are, what changed recently, why now. The list is the product; everything else is delivery.

The message

Written to the buyer's problem in plain language, without fake personalisation. Follow-ups carry new information rather than "bumping this"; a large share of replies comes from the follow-up, not the first send.

Deliverability

Domain and mailbox set-up to current sender requirements, warm-up, volume caps and a spam-complaint watch, so the campaign never spends the domain's reputation.

Reply handling

A reply is a lead with a clock on it. We define the routing and the same-day standard, and where a founder sales playbook exists, replies land in it.

LinkedIn alongside

Where the ICP lives there: a credible profile, deliberate connection and follow-up cadence, and content that supports the claim the emails make. No automation that risks the account.

Measurement

Replies per hundred contacts, meetings booked, pipeline attributed to outbound. Opens are not reported as a result.

What it needs first

An ICP and something worth saying

Outbound amplifies positioning; it cannot replace it. Where the one-sentence ICP and the message map do not exist yet, the Positioning and ICP work comes first, and the outbound list is built from it.

What we will not do

Volume that burns the domain

No purchased lists, no thousand-a-day sequences, no fake "quick question" subject lines. The mailbox, the domain and the reputation belong to the business and outlive any campaign; we treat them that way.
