How we work

Diagnosis first, then execution, with the measures agreed before any of it starts

Four stages. Each stage produces a decision for you, and each later stage only begins when the evidence from the one before supports it. Here is what happens in each, what we need from you, and what we do not promise.

What we report

Commercial numbers first. Channel numbers underneath.

Every report opens with the four numbers an owner already uses: enquiries that become sales, revenue against the competitor set, what a new customer costs per channel, and customers who come back. Then three things that changed this month and one decision we need from you.

Spend, clicks, rankings and share of AI answers are supporting evidence and sit lower on the page. A red number is stated as red. We do not soften bad news with framing.

What we cannot promise

The work, the cadence and the transparency. Not the market.

We control inputs, rigour and speed. We do not control demand in your market, what an AI engine says on a given day, or a competitor's pricing. We will not promise a number of sales, a ranking, or a position in an AI answer, and we would be cautious of anyone who does.

What you can hold us to: the scope, the dates, the measures agreed in writing before stage 3, and a monthly account of what we did and what it produced.
